The British Deputy High Commissioner Martin Uden and the CEO of Ecotrends Limited Efe Utomudo hosted a networking reception and launch of the Home and Property Expo which took place at the British Residence in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The networking reception and launch which was a pre-event to the actual exhibition in July 2015 had in attendance some recognised and notable names in the Nigeria Housing Industry, such as Uacn Property Development Company (UPDC), Beverly & Sam Properties, Godera Homes, Lekki Gardens, Il Bagno, Stanbic IBTC Bank, IO Furniture Ltd, Dalewares, New Comex, Solynta, Alan Caray, Doshlaps, Wood Stock Electronics, Possible & Affordable, Insignai, Solynta, etc.
In collaboration with UK Trade and Investment, Ecotrends is staging a Home and Property Expo which will take place in July 31 – Aug 1 2015 at the KFA Event Place, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lekki Lagos. The Expo is a premier trade exhibition which will bring together under one roof major players in the housing industry, and provide its exhibitors with a platform to showcase and promote their home and property products and services as well as energy efficient solutions, architectural design and renewable energy products in a rapidly growing Nigerian market.
In his Speech Mr Utomudo mentioned that the exhibition will give exhibitors the opportunity to reach potential customers who are actively looking for their products and services, interact face to face with them and demonstrate their product/service.
Exhibitors will also be able to network directly with decision makers in Nigerian Architectural, Interior, Home, Property, Renewable Energy industry and reach potential partners and distributors within the industry.
He highlighted the benefits to exhibitors to include – generating revenue from sale at the expo, increasing brand awareness and recognition, position their companies in the minds of customers and target market. This he said would increase the sales and market share of exhibitors and put them ahead of their competition.
The networking reception and launch closed with stakeholders departing with the sense that the Home and Property Expo will be the most outstanding property exhibition ever staged in Nigeria.
